words can only describe themselves,
a deep dive into ocean , would be weird, the writer says, if everything stayed the same, if no sacrifice would take place
deep in mind, digging, until conclusions, labels, words are not the world, they’re part of something else, an attachment, a memory, speaking to itself, trying to label, comprehend
there are depths which words can’t describe,
seeing, words can only go so far, but never touch
words are meaningless and forgettable. However, they’re the best thing we have to express ourselves

I wouldn’t say they’re the best. Think of all the misunderstandings you’ve encountered in life, or of how words often fail to express desire and other emotions. People fumble with words while their bodies may be expressing something entirely different. To me, words are always a surface-level form of communication. They are not in direct contact with what is happening now—emotionally, physically, psychologically. I see expression though words as an afterthought, an attempt to describe something that did not originate in words.
But when words communicate ideas and concepts, they are describing products of thought. Naturally, it is much easier to follow a theory, or create one out of thin air, because both the theory and the words used to express it originate in thought.
